Laker standout Kendra Foley concluded her illustrious cross country career with her second individual national title in 2016. The Noblesville, Ind. native led the Lakers to their fifth team national championship and earned USTFCCCA All-American honors for the fourth time in her time as a Laker. Foley did not finish lower than ninth in any event she competed at this season. Foley is majoring in Communications and possesses a 3.5 GPA. 

Foley was named the 2016 GLIAC Athlete of the Year and is a nominee for the Honda DII Women’s Athlete of the Year award. The senior was the first woman to win non-consecutive individual national championships, winning in 2014 and 2016. Foley also earned the USTFCCCA Female Scholar Athlete of the Year award in 2015 and 2016.
