Tim Collet // Malone // Swimming & Diving

Malone University swimmer Tim Collet (Illingen, Germany/Gymnasium am Rotenbuhl) wrapped up his senior campaign with a strong showing at the GLIAC Championships, finishing fifth in the 200 breaststroke and sixth in the 200 individual medley.  He also teamed with Hector Gonzalez, Chris Eckard, and Cory Boogaart to break the Malone school record in the 800 freestyle.

In his Senior Day contest vs. Saginaw Valley State, Collet won the 200-meter butterfly (1:56.47), finished second in the 200-meter breaststroke (2:09.67) and was a part of the Pioneers' first-place 400-yard medley relay team (3:29.89).

Collet is a three-time member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.  The Business Administration major boasts a 3.922 cumulative GPA and currently owns four school records (1000 freestyle, 200 butterfly, 200 breaststroke and 800 freestyle relay).
