During the 2016-17 season, Daugherty averaged 15.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 54.6 percent from the field, 37.8 percent from the 3-point line and 81.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Among her junior-season accolades were three All-American honors (first-team All-Women’s Basketball Coaches Association and second-team Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association and Basketball Bulletin), Elite Eight All-Tournament team, second-team College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-American, Midwest Regional Tournament Most Outstanding Player, first-team D2CCA all-region, GLIAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player, first-team All-GLIAC, All-GLIAC Defensive team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, All-GLIAC Academic Excellence and U.S. Basketball Writers Association Division II Player of the Week on Jan. 3.

A Finance major, Daugherty's cumulative grade-point average through the fall of 2016 is 3.93.
