Tiffin University could not match Michigan Tech's hitting percentage, falling to the Huskies 25-18, 23-25, 25-17, 25-18 on the road.

The Dragons (10-7, 5-4 GLIAC) only outhit MTU in the second set, which they won by two points. Overall the Huskies hit .339 overall to Tiffin's .242. Michigan Tech hit better than .356 in all three sets that it won.

After falling the opening set, the Dragons battled back from a 23-21 deficit in game two, winning the last four points and finishing off the Huskies with two big kills by Danielle Hicks to tie the score at one set apiece.

TU could not keep up with the Huskies, however, falling behind 17-9 in set three before falling 25-17. In set four with the score in favor of MTU 10-8, the Husksies remained consistent, outscoring TU the rest of the way 15-10 to put the match away.

Hicks finished with 12 kills, while Jenna Huffman had 12 kills with 3 blocks and 12 digs. Kasey Adelsperger also had 11 kills, while Amanda Curry added 9 kills.

Grace Schreiber had 5 kills with 3 blocks, while Emily Weithman (28) and Loryn Huffman (21) combined for 49 assists. 

Taylor Lattimore led in digs with 15, while Loryn Huffman had 12 and Weithman 10.
