Tiffin University (4-3, 3-3 GLIAC) opened strong but could not get any singles victories, dropping numerous close matches to fall 7-2 to Saginaw Valley State.

Anais Geslin/Juliette Sirgant posted a hard-fought 8-6 win in doubles, while Emily Sim/Milah Ryland also won 8-5 to give TU a 2-1 lead heading to singles play. Lauren Prince/Abbie-Jade Riley fell in their match 8-4.

In singles play, TU lost three three-set matches. Sim fell 4-6, 6-0, 6-0, while Sirgant lost 6-4, 6-7, 10-8. Riley retired in the third set after posting 3-6, 6-4 scores. 

Prince lost 6-4, 7-6 while Geslin also fell 7-6, 6-2. Ryland posted a 6-1, 6-1 defeat.
