Tiffin University (7-7) battled but came up short in doubles play and couldn't make up the difference, falling at Lewis 7-2.

Nikita Parfenov/Sorin Navrotchi gutted out an 8-5 victory but it was the lone victory for TU in doubles play. Luis Ludena/Elio Lezama Perez came up just short in a 9-8 defeat while Toby Cutting/Tom Arias also lost 9-7.

Trailing 2-1, the Dragons needed to pull out singles wins to catch up. Cutting had the toughest win on the day for TU, pulling out a 3-6, 7-6, 10-7 match, but Lezama fell 7-5, 7-5 and Navrotchi lost 6-4, 7-6. Ludena (6-2, 6-2), Santiago de la Rosa Mora (6-2, 6-4), and Parfenov (6-0, 6-4) all fell in straight sets.
