The University of Findlay women's soccer team had a double overtime tie against Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) foe Walsh University on Sunday, October 12 at DeHaven Field.
The Oilers defense was stout against the Cavaliers to prevent the loss; unfortunately, they could not get anything going on the offensive end to claim the victory.
Findlay goalkeeper Samantha Trimboli picked up the tie in the net and had one save in the process.
The Oilers, who are now 6-4-1 on the season with a 3-2-1 mark in GLIAC play, will travel to Houghton, Michigan on Friday, October 17 to face GLIAC rival Michigan Tech.
