DOUBLES
The Warriors were dominant in doubles, collecting wins at all three spots.  Spicer and Laws kicked things off with a 6-2 win.

Drenth and Grey followed with a 6-3 victory at No. 2 doubles.

FROM COACH MORROW
"Played very well in doubles.  Luke Laws and Dom Spicer moved up to No. 1 doubles and played a really clean match against a really highly ranked team in the region.  Pulled that off 6-2 and looked good.  Cedric (Drenth) and Daniel (Grey) won nicely at No. 2 doubles, and Ben (Lakeman) and Niklas (Karcz) won 6-4 at No. 3 doubles.  All in all, some good doubles in there," coach Bryan Morrow said.

"Singles wise, Dom (Spicer) was amazing.  He played such a smart and steady match.  He never really gave the other player a chance.  Dom won 6-0, 6-2.  Daniel started slow.  He played an awkward player, but came through nicely.  Lost the first set and then gathered himself and played a pretty good second set and a great third set tiebreaker.  Niklas lost the first set at No. 3 singles and then found his groove and dominated in the second set and in the tiebreaker.  Cedric started strong, played really well.  His opponent started playing better.  Cedric pulled out a nice third set, tiebreaker win.  Ben Lakeman was really solid today.  Really improving with every match.  He looked good.  He won a nice, comfortable match today in straight sets.  Luke pulled out a nice win down at No. 6 singles.  Nice doubles win and then cruised in the first set.  Second set, found a way to pull it out."

UP NEXT
The Warriors will be back in action on March 9 against Case Western Reserve in Orlando, Fla.  That match is set to begin at 3:00 PM.
