The Malone University men's soccer team suffered a 9-0 loss at home to Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) foe Saginaw Valley State University on Sunday afternoon.
Crisp passing and speed is what guided the Cardinals to net five of their nine goals in the first half. The goals came at the 7:19, 16:54, 20:44, 27:04, and the 42:54 markers.
Saginaw Valley State scored their final four goals in the second half at the 45:55, 50:36, 53:45, and 71:28 markers to seal the 9-0 victory. The Cardinals' Jordan Kalk led the way as he recorded a hat-trick and an assist in today's contest.

Jon Crabbs tied a season-high 10 saves on the day. He now has 72 total saves on the season.
