Box Office Information 
**CASHLESS**
Credit/Debit Card Only.
Box Office will open one hour and thirty minutes prior to game time for ticket purchase(s) & will call. 
For football games, the box office is located directly in front of Lot 50 in the brand new Wayne State Fieldhouse!

Merchandise Shop
All merchandise transactions are card only. We do not accept any form(s) of cash or check.

Will Call 
Each person on the Will Call List must present a photo ID and sign for their ticket. If under the age of 18, a photo ID is not required. Parents/Family members of Student Athletes, please remind your student-athletes to submit their complementary ticket requests via Jump Forward. This must be done for each home game. Complementary ticket requests end Friday at 5 PM for all home football games. If the deadline is missed, tickets will need to be purchased.


STADIUM RE-ENTRY POLICY
ONCE ADMITTED, NO TICKET HOLDER SHALL BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE & RE-ENTER THE STADIUM.
Season ticket holders are held responsible for the actions of any person(s) using their season ticket.

STADIUM BAG POLICY

BAGS, PURSES & CLUTCHES LARGER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" ARE PROHIBITED.
SINGLE COMPARTMENT BAGS, WALLETS & CLUTCHES SMALLER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE STRAP ARE PERMITTED.
Exceptions to this policy include:

Bags, wallets and clutches needed due to medical necessity. Medical necessity include Diaper bags, Breast pumps, Oxygen, Insulin, Epi-pens and other medical devices.
Authorized Diaper and Medical bags are required to be smaller than 14" x 14" x 6". 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED
Alcohol and tobacco
Aerosol Cans
Animals (except ADA compliant service animals or service animals in training)
All bags and purses, apart from medical bags, diaper bags or strollers
BAGS, PURSES & CLUTCHES LARGER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" ARE PROHIBITED
Any device that may interfere with and/or distract and sports participant, other patron, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game or any technology-related service provided in the facility
Beach balls or other inflatable items, blow horns and all other distracting noisemakers
Outside food or beverage
Fireworks, Firearms, or other weapons
Fishing nets or poles
Frisbees
Glass, cans, and plastic bottles
Guest who are or appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the facilities
Hard-sided cups, thermos, or coolers
Knives or any size, shape, or variety (box cutters, scissors, etc.)
Marijuana or illegal narcotics, including accessories or paraphernalia associated with marijuana or illegal narcotics use
Markers and paint
Helmets or any costume items that cover the face
Skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, segways, scooters, and bicycles
Squirt guns of any kind
Sticks, including signs attached to sticks
Stools or folding chairs (seat cushions are permissible)

Game Day Parking
Designated lot (Lot 50) for game day is located off of Warren Avenue. Parking is FREE on game day.

Driving Directions
(Matthaei Building, Tom Adams Field, Indoor Facility, Baseball & Softball Fields) 
From the West
Take I-94 East to Trumbull (exit 214B). Turn right onto Trumbull Avenue, then left onto Warren Avenue.
Parking is in Lot 50 off Warren Avenue.
From the East
Take I-94 West. Exit at Woodward/ Brush Avenues. Remain on Ford Service Drive to Woodward Avenue.
Turn left onto Woodward Avenue, going south to Warren Avenue. Turn right onto Warren Avenue.
Continue west on Warren Avenue to Lodge Freeway (M 10) overpass. Lot 50 is located on your right just past the overpass.
From the North
Take I-75 South to Warren Avenue exit. Turn right onto Warren Avenue.
Continue west on Warren Avenue to Lodge Freeway (M 10) overpass.
Lot 50 is located just past the overpass.
From the South
Take I-75 North to Lodge Freeway (M 10) North. Exit at Forrest/Warren Avenues.
Turn left onto Warren Avenue (2nd light). Cross over Lodge Freeway and turn right into Lot 50.
From Windsor
Start out going Northeast on Fort Street West/M-3 toward St. Anne Street (1.2 miles).
Turn left onto Lodge Freeway (M 10) North (1.5 miles). Exit at Forrest/Warren Avenues.
Turn left onto Warren Avenue (2nd light). Cross over Lodge Freeway and turn right into Lot 50.Â
