Tiffin University (5-3) started its spring trip in fine fashion, dispatching Assumption 7-2 for their fifth victory.

The match started with singles play, and the Dragons quickly took command by sweeping all six matches. Luis Ludena coasted to a 6-4, 6-1 win while Nikita Parfenov also won 6-4, 6-3. Elio Lezama Perez also posted a 6-1, 6-4 score.

The wins continued when Santiago de la Rosa Mora enjoyed a 6-1, 6-3 win, Toby Cutting won 6-4, 6-3, and Sorin Navrotchi finished up a 6-3, 6-0 win.

With the match secured, TU realigned some of its doubles teams, with the team of de la Rosa Mora/Tom Arias getting the lone win 8-4. Austin Mohamedali/Hugo Chatras fell in a tough match 9-8, and Logan Meier/Ryan Gase fell 8-2.
