Tiffin University did everything but win their game at Slippery Rock, settling for a 1-1 tie after two overtimes.

The Dragons (1-1-1) outshot the Rock 21-4 overall but found themselves trailing at the half after a goal in the 30th minute by the Rock.

The Dragons equalized in the 71st minute when Alexander Wagener took a pass from Charles Rolls and played it into the box from the 40, kicking it home into the lower right side to knot the score at 1-1.

TU also held a 9-0 edge in corner kicks and had numerous shots over the remainder of regulation but could not put a shot on goal. TU goalkeeper Cary Wilson made his lone save of the game when he stopped a shot with 1:15 to play to send the game to overtime.

In the two overtime periods, the Dragons had two shots on goal that were stopped by the Rock's keeper. They also had two shots with a largely open net in the final 60 seconds of play but both shots were just wide as the game ended in a draw.

Wilson was credited with the tie in goal, making 1 save in 110 minutes.
