Box Score The Malone women's soccer team jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first half to sweep past the Fighting Scots in their first home game of the season on Thursday afternoon.

Returning starter, Christine Najjar, got things rolling as she scored the first goal of the game in the 15^th minute of the first half. She also added one assist on the day.

 Ashley Fleming also added a goal, while teammates Brianna Smith and Natalie Rostedt scored twice.

In their first game as a Pioneer, goalies Katelyn Thut and Shannon Grimes both saw action in today's match as they each had one save.
   
Ohio Valley University (WV) had three shot attempts on the afternoon. While goalie Kourtney Breighner had 16 saves on the day.

The Pioneers' six goals marked the most they had scored in a single game since September 26, 2011 when they played Penn State University-Beaver..
