The 1st half was a flash for both sides, as all four goals came during a hectic half number one that eventually led to a 3-1 Tiffin loss at Lewis.

The Flyers turned on the jets early, scoring a little over seven minutes into the contest. A baseline cross from Lewis bounced off the Dragons' goalkeeper, Samantha Ortenzi, giving the Flyers a 1-0 lead. A little over ten minutes later, Svetlana Gudenkova notched her first goal of 2016. Gudenkova, dribbling close to the box, rifled a shot past the Lewis' keeper, tying the score at 1-1. 

The goals kept on coming, but it wasn't for the gals in green. Lewis regained the lead three minutes later, taking a 2-1 advantage. The Flyers found an insurance goal just before the halftime horn, heading to the break up 3-1.

The Flyers were efficient in the 1st half, scoring three goals on nine shots. The Dragons took five shots, with Svetlana Gudenkova scoring her first goal of the season. 

The Dragons' offense sputtered in the 2nd half, managing only two shots. Tiffin's defense kept the Flyers off the board in the 2nd half, facing 10 shots and five corner kicks. In total, Tiffin took seven shots with only one on goal. On the flip side, the Flyers booted 19 shots with eight on goal.

Samantha Ortenzi took the loss in goal, collecting five saves. The loss drops Ortenzi and the Dragons to 1-2 overall.
