BAY CITY, Mich. - Grand Valley State senior shortstop Kevin Zak and Wayne State junior starting pitcher Alex Kinch were named GLIAC Baseball Players of the Week in the North Division. In the South Division, Ohio Dominican freshman outfielder Lee Sponseller along with teammate senior pitcher Ryan Bidwell collected GLIAC Baseball Player of the Week honors.
Zak and Bidwell were also named NBCWA Division II Midwest Regional Players of the Week.
