Tiffin's Boswell, Walsh's Grubb Selected GLIAC Baseball Players of the Week

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced weekly baseball awards following week six of the 2017 campaign. Walsh senior Jordan Grubb earned GLIAC Baseball Player of the Week honors, while Tiffin freshman Michael Boswell captured Pitcher of the Week accolades.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Jordan Grubb, Walsh

Walsh senior Jordan Grubb had one of the best weeks in his career as went 12-for-21 with nine RBI, nine runs scored, two home runs, and four doubles in helping the Cavaliers to a 5-1 week in the GLIAC. He recorded multiple hit games in four of the six contests and had splits of .571/.583/1.048.
