GLIAC -- The third NCAA Division II Football Regional Rankings of 2018 have been released and two Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) football programs remain ranked inside the Top 10 led by Ferris State at No. 1 followed by Grand Valley State at No. 3.

Ferris State heads to William Jewell on Saturday after clinching the GLIAC title outright last Saturday, while Grand Valley State hosts Wayne State. 

The top seven programs in the region at the end of the regular season will qualify for the NCAA Division II Football Playoffs with the No. 1 seed will receiving a first-round bye. Super Region Three consists of schools from the GLIAC, the Great American Conference (GAC), the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) and the Mid America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA).

Ferris State is ranked No. 2 nationally in the latest AFCA Division II Coaches' Top 25 Poll released Monday morning. Grand Valley State moved up one spot to No. 8.
