KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The top two spots in this week’s NABC/Division II national rankings are held by the last two undefeated teams in the nation, as Metropolitan State and Western Washington remain in those positions as the 2012-13 regular season nears the beginning of its final month.

The Roadrunners are ranked first for the second week in succession after winning a pair of road games to keep its perfect record intact, while Western Washington won two at home as well to move to 18-0.  The changes begin at No. 3, where Kentucky Wesleyan resided last week before suffering three losses to drop all the way to No. 18.

West Liberty, Seattle Pacific and Cal Poly Pomona all moved up one spot apiece to complete the top five, while Bellarmine jumped over Minnesota State – who lost in overtime to Augustana Saturday – to take the No. 6 spot.  Seventh-ranked Minnesota State is followed by Indiana (Pa.), Florida Southern and Lincoln Memorial to round out the front end of the rankings.

Alabama-Huntsville begins the second ten at No. 11, followed by Barton, Southern Indiana, Fort Lewis and Indianapolis.  Sitting at No. 16 this week is Winston-Salem State, with Winona State, Kentucky Wesleyan, Rollins and East Stroudsburg – making its first appearance in the top 25 this year -- completing the top 20.

The final five teams in this week’s poll are Washburn, Saint Anselm, Adams State, Harding and Wayne State (Mich.).  Like East Stroudsburg, Saint Anselm and Harding are also making their first appearance of the season in the national top 25 this week.
