Highlights: Saginaw Valley senior forward C.J. Turnage led the Cardinals to a pair of victories over the weekend, averaging 16.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in wins over Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech in the team's annual trip to the Upper Peninsula. Turnage had 21 points and five boards, going 8-of-11 from the floor in Thursday's 83-79 win over the Wildcats before adding 12 points and eight rebounds in Saturday's 68-62 decision over the Huskies. 

Highlights: Tiffin senior forward Jonathan Sutherlin averaged a double-double for the Dragons last week, scoring 11 points and snagging 10 boards on Thursday night to help Tiffin pick up a road GLIAC victory. On Saturday afternoon, the Dragons were tasked with the chore of holding the Walsh University Cavaliers in check. Sutherlin was once again an intricate part in the Dragons 69-66 victory, collecting 10 rebounds while scoring 10 points on 4-of-5 shooting. Of Sutherlin's 20 rebounds, seven were offensive, leading to easy scoring opportunities and shooting 67 percent.
