BAY CITY, Mich. -- The field for the 2017 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship has been unveiled and a pair of Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) teams have earned spots in the upcoming Midwest Regional hosted by No. 1 seed Bellarmine.

Ferris State is the No. 2 seed and will tip-off against No. 7 Truman out of the GLVC. Ferris State captured its third consecutive GLIAC Men's Basketball Tournament championship on Sunday with a thrilling 80-79 victory over Ashland. 

Findlay draws the No. 6 seed in the region and will match up with No. 3 Southern Indiana as regional play gets underway next Saturday, March 11 in Louisville.
