NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) men's basketball teams appeared in the first NCAA Division II Midwest Region Rankings of 2018 released on Wednesday (Feb. 14).

The No. 3 nationally-ranked Ferris State Bulldogs sit atop the region standings with a 25-1 mark. FSU's lone loss this season came on the road at Lake Superior State who is placed No. 4 in the region with an 18-6 record. 

The Midwest Region includes schools from the GLIAC, the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC). The GLVC holds four regional ranking positions with the G-MAC also receiving four positions.

The 2018 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament Selection Show will take place on Sunday, March 4th at 10:30 PM on NCAA.com. The Top 8 in each region will qualify for the postseason championships.
