Eagles jump to sixth in NABC Poll, Panthers receive votes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The undefeated Ashland men's basketball team moved up to sixth in the Jan. 8 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Poll, which was announced Tuesday.

Last week, the Eagles (13-0), led by league rebounding leader Aaron Thompson, swept Michigan Tech, 67-44, and Northern Michigan, 67-60, at home. This week they travel to Parkside and Purdue Northwest.

Davenport received votes in this week's poll.
