UNITED SOCCER COACHES - Six Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) men's soccer student-athletes earned recognition on the 2017 NCAA Division II Men's Soccer All-Midwest Region Team Tuesday (Nov. 28) as announced by the United Soccer Coaches association.
Saginaw Valley State led the conference with five honorees highlighted by First Team selection in junior midfielder Connor Rutz, while his teammates senior defender Dom Hart and freshman forward Michael Hamilton were named to the Second Team. Meanwhile, SVSU sophomore goalkeeper Connor Keane and junior defender Omar Sinclair joined Davenport junior forward Brogan Shrimpton on the Third Team.
