Hoof, Prpa and Ugarte are named United Soccer Scholar All-America

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Northern Michigan senior Kevin Hoof, Parkside junior Leki Prpa and Purdue Northwest junior Grant Ugarte were named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches Men's NCAA Division II Scholar All-America Team.

Hoof and Prpa were selected to the second team, while Ugarte earned third-team honors. Hoof maintains a 3.44 grade point average in neuroscience, Ugarte a 3.90 GPA in finance and Prpa a 3.96 GPA in business management.

Davenport senior Stephen Carroll, with a 3.74 GPA in sport management, earned North/Central Region Scholar honors.
