NFCA D2 ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM LIST

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Grand Valley State and Wayne State softball programs were recognized as NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association) Academic Teams from the 2017 season.  The Lakers posted the fifth best GPA in Division II last year with a mark of 3.670, while the Warriors recorded a 3.515 team GPA which ranked 22nd. To be recognized, the team GPA for the 2016-17 school year had to be at least 3.00.
