Ashland Men, GVSU Women Sit Atop Latest USTFCCCA Indoor Rankings

Official USTFCCCA Rankings Release: MEN | WOMEN

(Men's Rankings) —  With just five weeks remaining until the the 2017 NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, Adams State and Saint Augustine's gained ground in the top-five of the Men's National Division II Team Rankings that were released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Tuesday.

Ashland remained in first place for the third-consecutive week, while Grand Valley State moved up one spot to a season-best third place after solid performances from. Rounding out the top-five was Tiffin, who fell from second to fourth.

(Women's Rankings) — Joining Adams State and West Texas A&M in the top-five were Grand Valley State – who remained in first place for the third-straight week – Pittsburg State (third) and Chadron State (fifth). The latter two teams dropped one spot each from the previous week.

The 2017 NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships will be held in Birmingham, Alabama, on March 10-11. Be sure to check www.USTFCCCA.org throughout the season to see how the rankings change between now and then.
