GRAND VALLEY STATE CAPTURES 2015 GLIAC WOMEN'S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP

FINDLAY, Ohio - Grand Valley State (+48) captured the 2015 GLIAC Women's Golf Championship by 19 shots at the Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio. Junior Gabrielle Shipley earned medalist honors with three consecutive rounds of even-par 72. Findlay (+67) finished second in the team competition, while Ashland (+75) took third. Findlay senior Michele Schambs, the co-leader thru 36 holes, finished runner up at 3-over par, while GVSU senior Kelly Hartigan finished third at +11 for the tournament.
