LEC Wrestling Coach Kevin Hoogenboom to be Featured on Takedown Wrestling Radio Oct. 6

DES MOINE, IOWA – Lake Erie College head wrestling coach Kevin Hoogenboom will be a guest on Fight Now USA presents Takedown Wrestling Radio Saturday, Oct. 6, during the 10 o’clock hour (EDT). 

The interview is scheduled to air at 10:40 a.m.  in Painesville (9:40 a.m. Central) .

Hoogenboom will be a guest on the nation’s premier wrestling-centric radio program to discuss the Storm’s development as a program to date. The program enters its third season this winter and has already established itself as one to watch on the regional and national stage.  Hoogenboom will talk about the progress the team has made in its first two seasons as well as recent developments, including a makeover to enhance the team’s practice facility.

He will also briefly preview the upcoming season.  Lake Erie returns its entire starting lineup from a year ago, which includes a pair of national qualifiers in sophomore All-American Matt Vandermeer (Clarkston, Mich./Clarkston) and classmate Austin Gillihan (Corry, Pa./Corry Area), and bolstered the roster with a very strong recruiting class.
