Findlay's Skonieczny Collects GLIAC Wrestler of the Week Accolades

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) selected Findlay junior Ryan Skonieczny as the fourth GLIAC Wrestler of the Week for the 2016 season after an impressive 3-0 showing last week.

Highlights: Skonieczny went 3-0 for the Roughnecks last week. He began the week with a 3-1 win over Ashland's Robert Mason on Feb. 3. He then earned a pin in 2:48 against Lake Erie's Ian Ross on Feb. 6 before scoring a 9-5 victory against Tiffin's Travis Salyer on Feb. 6.

Jake Cramer (Tiffin)
 Tiffin senior Jake Cramer recorded a 16-7 victories at 194 pounds over Findlay's Dalton Ishmael.

Nick Boggs (Lake Erie)
Lake Erie sophomore Nick Boggs picked up his fifth-straight dual win Saturday with a 5-0 decision against Doug Rojem of Findlay.

Joe Brandt (Ashland)
 Ashland senior Joe Brandt earned a major decision victory over Findlay's Dalton Ishmael, 13-5.
