Four GLIAC Schools Ranked in NSCAA Top-25

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Four Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men’s and women’s soccer teams combined appeared in the 2014 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) regular season poll released on October 7.

Grand Valley State women’s soccer team ranks third for the second consecutive week with an overall record of 9-1-0. Saginaw Valley women’s team is No. 18 after not allowing one goal during the week en route to a 2-0 weekend.

On the men’s side, SVSU moved up a spot to No. 2 with an overall record of 7-0-2 while Tiffin stayed at 16th with a record of 6-1-1.

The women of Michigan Tech is unofficially the 32nd ranked team in the country, as they received two votes on the others receiving votes category.
