GVSU Women, SVSU Men Continue to Lead GLIAC Shools in NSCAA Top-25

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Four Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men’s and women’s soccer teams combined appeared in the 2014 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) regular season poll released on October 7.

Grand Valley State women’s soccer team ranks third for the third consecutive week with an overall record of 10-1-0. Saginaw Valley women’s team is No. 20 after falling to the Lakers 2-0 on Sunday.

On the men’s side, SVSU remains in the No. 2 position with an overall record of 9-0-2, while Tiffin dropped back to No. 23 with a 7-2-1 mark after a 3-0 setback against Lake Erie.
