BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced its first women's tennis weekly awards for the 2017 campaign. Tiffin freshman Anais Geslin claimed GLIAC Athlete of the Week honors after an impressive weekend at the Bowling Green Invitational.
ATHLETE OF THE WEEK - Anais Geslin, Tiffin
Tiffin freshman Anais Geslin won her singles bracket at the Bowling Green Invitational, taking four straight matches with wins over Shawnee 6-0, 6-0, Case Western 6-2, 6-2, Bowling Green 6-0, 7-5, and Northwestern Ohio 6-1, 6-3.
