GRAND VALLEY STATE SWEEPS 2015 GLIAC CROSS COUNTRY TITLES; WOMEN 15 STRAIGHT, MEN 14 CONSECUTIVE

 

 

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The 2015 GLIAC Cross Country Championships take place this Saturday, October 24th at Kensington Metropark in Milford, Michigan. Grand Valley State earned its 15th consecutive women's conference titles, while the GVSU raised its 14th straight league title. In the women's race, Hillsdale senior Emily Oren picked up GLIAC Cross Country Athlete of the Year honors after crossing the line in 21:11.1 for the victory. On the men's side, Tiffin junior James Ngandu collected GLIAC Athlete of the Year accolades with a time of 24:06.8.
