Alan Peterson // Cross Country // Grand Valley State
A senior from Ironwood, Mich., Peterson helped lead the Lakers to their second straight second-place finish at the NCAA Division II National Championship in Louisville, Kentucky. Alan earned his second USTFCCCA All-America selection of his GVSU career by placing eighth at the 2014 NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championship with a time of 30:42.40. He also earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors with a second-place finish at the 2014 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championship and First Team All-GLIAC honors with a second-place finish at the 2014 GLIAC Championship. Peterson boasts a 3.71 GPA as a geography major.
