Huskies fall to Findlay 6-1

FINDLAY, Ohio - Michigan Tech fell to University of Findlay 6-1 in men's tennis Saturday afternoon at Findlay YMCA East. The Oilers gained an early lead with the team doubles point but, then took five of six singles matches. Michigan Tech fell to 0-3 while the Oilers improved to 1-4.

"We struggled a bit with the slower courts today," said head coach Kristin D'Agostini-Yep. "I think that the doubles point really helped Findlay gain momentum, and we couldn't quite figure out how to turn the tide."

The Huskies continue Sunday at Hillsdale College at noon at Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center.
