Ferris State Erupts In Decisive Home Victory Over Michigan Dearborn

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's basketball squad rolled to a 129-71 win over Michigan Dearborn in non-league action on Saturday (Dec. 17) evening inside the new Bulldog Arena.

FSU's 129 total points in the game represents the most in a single contest in school history.

The Bulldogs played the contest inside the new facility, which will be the home of the FSU volleyball program, due to commencement activities taking place inside Wink Arena.

FSU erupted for 74 first-half points and took a 74-30 lead into the break before outscoring Dearborn 55-41 in the second half of play.

Solomon Oraegbu tallied 23 points in leading the Bulldogs while Ethan Erickson connected on six three's and added 20 points off the bench. 

A total of six Bulldog players reached double-figure scoring with Ben Davidson notching 19 points, Mykel Bingham scoring 17 points and Deng Reng posting 14 points. Brandon Claerbaut added 11 points for the Bulldogs.

All 11 Bulldog players who saw action scored in the contest.

Ferris State will host Findlay in its final game prior to the holiday break on Monday (Dec. 19) night inside Wink Arena starting at 7 p.m. (ET).
