 Grand Valley heads the 2020 GLIAC Women's Lacrosse Pre-Season Coaches Poll

 Selected 20th in the IWLCA poll, the Grand Valley State Lakers were selected by the league coaches to win the 2020 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title.

Grand Valley State tallied 25 points and received 5 first-place votes to head the 2020 GLIAC Women's Lacrosse Pre-Season Coaches Poll, followed by Concordia St. Paul who tallied 21 points and received one first-place vote.

Davenport finished third in the 2020 pre-season voting with 17 points, followed by Northern Michigan and Ashland. Rounding out the preseason Poll was Upper Iowa, with the Peacocks looking to make their women's lacrosse debut. 

GVSU, which has captured 7 of the past 8 GLIAC regular-season titles, will look to their seven returning starters, lead by Abbi O'Neal to once again make an appearance in the GLIAC Tournament finals.
