Detroit, Mich. -- The 2011 NCAA Division II
championship game this Saturday will feature the Wayne State
University Warriors (12-3), riding a four-game road playoff winning
streak, and the Pittsburg State Gorillas (12-1), who are making
their fifth all-time appearance in the finals. Kickoff is at
11:00 a.m. ET from Braly Municipal Stadium in Florence, Ala.
Fans can stay connected to the game in a variety of ways,
including the radio broadcast on News Talk 1400 WDTK. Sean
Baligian, Joe Gough and Lisa Seymour will have the call live from
Florence with the pre-game show beginning at 10:30 a.m. ET.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2 with a live webcast airing
simultaneously on ESPN3. Frequent updates will

There are also viewing parties available for fans to gather and
watch the Warriors take on the Gorillas. The WSU Dean of Students Office is
sponsoring a viewing party at the Student Center North Commons
beginning at 10:30. The WSU Department of Athletics will
have a gathering at Starter's Bar and Grill on Woodward Avenue, as
will the WSU Alumni Association at Emagine
Theater in downtown Royal Oak.
