Ferris State Second, GVSU No. 12 in Latest AFCA Football Poll; Ashland First Team Out

WACO, TEX.– Ferris State remained No. 2 in the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division II Coaches' Top 25 Poll after defeating Northern Michigan 42-10. Grand Valley State also remained at No. 12 following a 42-7 road victory at Michigan Tech as part of the NCAA Division II Football Showcase.

Ferris State will clash with Ashland this Saturday at 7 PM in a primetime event slated for the NCAA Division II Football Showcase shown nationally on WatchESPN. Ashland is the first team outside the Top 25 in the other receiving votes category.
