Ferris State Ranked Second In AFCA Football Poll; Grand Valley 12th, Ashland 23rd

 

WACO, TEX. – For the second straight year, three Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football programs find themselves ranked inside the top-25 in the first American Football Coaches Association Poll. The National Runner up, Ferris State found themselves ranked second overall, behind the defending National Champion, Valdosta State. The Lakers from Grand Valley St. are ranked just outside the top-10, in 12th, while the Eagles from Ashland are ranked 23rd. 

Saginaw Valley St. is the lone GLIAC School listed in the others receiving votes category outside of the Top 25 rankings.
