GLIAC -- Six games featuring GLIAC teams are on the docket for the second week of the 2022 college football season, including two matchups of top 25-ranked squads.

Top-ranked and defending national champion Ferris State is on the road at No. 14 Lenoir-Rhyne. Grand Valley State, ranked No. 4 nationally, is facing its second-straight top 25 opponent to start the season, traveling west to take on No. 21 Colorado State-Pueblo.

Coming off a season-opening 72-point victory, Saginaw Valley State is home again, hosting No. 9 Bowie State as part of a celebration of the HBCU experience.

Michigan Tech will road trip to St. Paul, Minn. to meet Division I opponent St. Thomas. A year ago, the Huskies nearly upset the Tommies, falling 12-9 in Houghton.

In other action, Wayne State will welcome Shaw University to Tom Adams Field and Northern Michigan will host UW-Oshkosh in the Superior Dome.
