Michigan Tech's Haidar Named First Team 2013 Bulletin All-American

Beaverton, Ore. -- Michigan Technological University junior Ali Haidar (Windsor, Ont./Forster) has been named to the 2013 Bulletin All-America First Team. Haidar, who was named the GLIAC Player of the Year for the past two years, finished fourth in career scoring (1,995) and first in career rebounding 893). The Windsor, Ont., native set a plethora of records during his four year career including season scoring (743), season rebounds (285), double-doubles in a season (14), double-doubles in a career (35) and most 30+ point games in a season (9). He has a 3.0 grade point average in electrical engineering.

Greg Kahlig (Fort Recovery, Ohio/Fort Recovery), a junior from the University of Findlay, and Walsh University senior Kenny Kornowski (Marshallville, Ohio/Smithville) were named to the 2013 Men's Division II Bulletin All-America Honorable Mention list.  Malone University freshman Christian Graves (Westerville, Ohio/Westerville Central) earned All-Freshman Team status.
