Ashland 12th, SVSU 25th in Latest NABC Men's Hoops Rankings

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) remain ranked inside the final National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II Top 25 poll released on Tuesday (March 8) prior to the start of the 2016 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championships.

Ashland fell two spots to No. 12 after earning a road victory in the GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinals over Lake Superior State on Tuesday (March 1) before falling in the GLIAC Tournament Semifinals to Ferris State last Saturday (March 5). Saginaw Valley has dropped three out of four, including their lastest GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinal defeat vs. cinderella No. 8 Walsh at home. Both teams, along with Ferris State will head to Kenosha, Wisconsin to compete in the Midwest Regional hosted by Wisconsin-Parkside

Ferris State and Findlay appear outside the Top 25 in the also receiving votes category in this week's poll.
