Ashland Named NABC D-II Team of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (2-11-20) – The NABC has selected Penn State University, Ashland University, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Thomas More University and Sullivan County Community College as its Teams of the Week for games played Feb. 3-9.

Ashland went 2-0 on the road last week to improve to 14-9 overall and 7-8 in the GLIAC. The Eagles opened the week with a 66-56 win at Davenport on Thursday, and then won at 15th-ranked Grand Valley State on Saturday, 71-70. The strong week extended Ashland's winning streak to six-consecutive games – all of which have come against conference opponents.
