BAY CITY, Mich. - University of Findlay freshman Annie Currin (Cincinnati, Ohio/St. Ursula) and University of Indianapolis freshman Tyler Offutt (Evansville, Ind./Reitz) were named Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Women's and Men's Swimming & Diving "Athletes of the Week," respectively, for their efforts last weekend.

Freshman Annie Currin won a pair of events over the weekend at Wilmington (Ohio) to lead the Oilers to a 124-79 win over the Quakers. Currin finished first in both the 800 freestyle (9:51.41) and 100 breaststroke (1:25.81). She was also second in the 100 freestyle (1:04.36).

Freshman diver Tyler Offutt had season-highs of 313.55 points on the three-meter board and 305.55 points on the one-meter board to earn a NCAA Division II national cut in both events as the No. 10 ranked UIndy men's swimming and diving team defeated GLIAC foe Lewis, 109-85, on Saturday afternoon at Ruth Lilly Center Pool.
