SVSU's Neumann is named women's golf player of the week

GLIAC -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced its Women's Golf Player of the Week award for spring events through April 2, 2019. Saginaw Valley State's Annika Neumann earned this week's honors.

WOMEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK: Annika Neumann - Saginaw Valley State

Sophomore Annika Neumann (Valley City, Ohio) shot a 74-80—154 to place 14th at the 19-team Perry Park Spring Fling, which was held March 30-31 in Perry Park, Ky. She helped lead SVSU to a sixth-place finish. Neumann has a scoring average of 82.14.
