GVSU Moves to No. 11 in Latest AVCA Poll, Ferris State 15th

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Grand Valley State’s women’s volleyball team improved one spot to No. 12 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) while Ferris State also moved up one notch to 15th.

The Lakers recorded a pair of road wins last week, sweeping Hillsdale before remaining unbeaten in league play with a five-set win at Findlay. GVSU now stands 13-2 and remains unbeaten (11-0) in the GLIAC.

The Bulldogs, who are now 12-3 overall and 8-1 in league play, as Ferris State also defeated both Hillsdale and Findlay by 3-1 margins.
