Mattar earned three NCAA Division II All-American citations this winter, finishing fourth in the 200-meter breaststroke, fifth in the 400 individual medley and sixth in the 200 IM at nationals. As the AU women's swimming team's lone representative at nationals, the team finished in a tie for 21st nationally. Mattar is a Hospitality Management major with a 3.98 cumulative GPA.
