2015-16 Lake Erie Men's Basketball Preview

The Lake Erie College men’s basketball team looks to carry momentum over from the end of last season where they closed the season with four straight wins, including one over 2015 South Division Champion Ashland University.  Leading the way for the Storm is senior Andy Bosley.  Bosley started all 26 games for the Storm last year, averaging 12.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.  He shot 47.6% from the field and 44.4% on threes.  Redshirt senior Trey Howard is back for his final year after averaging 7.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game last season.  Junior Nick Wells made 11 starts, appearing in every game last season. He was tied with Howard for third on the team with 7.6 points per game, hitting 43.1% of his threes.  Senior Roy Alexander had a solid all-around 2014-15, averaging 6.4 points3.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game. 

The Storm welcome four freshmen to the team this year, guards Brogan Scott and Chase Jackson, forward Mitch Loomis and center David Dunnigan.  At the helm of the Storm for his 11th season is Cliff Hunt.
