Green made the most of her senior season, winning medalist honors at both the GLIAC and East Super Regional tournaments. She also earned a third trip to the NCAA Division II Championships, and finished in a tie for 37^th place individually with a four-day total of 304.

Among Green’s 2015-16 accomplishments were a school- and GLIAC Tournament-record round of 67, All-East Region honors from the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA), aCoSIDA Academic All-District At-Large selection and first-team All-GLIAC laurels. She set the program record for lowest single-season scoring average (75.75) and birdies (60).

Green’s final cumulative GPA was 3.88.
